養生煮意-奇亞籽藜麥水果燕麥碗
材料 : 大燕麥片4匙、奇亞籽1匙、藜麥2匙、奇異果半個、牛奶適量、藍莓適量
做法:
1.鍋子中加入 4匙水,把大燕麥片和奇亞籽加入煮滾,再煮約一分鐘,加入牛奶再煮滾
2.倒到容器中,加入水果做裝飾,再灑上熟藜麥即可
