South African Abalone and Broccoli

Ingredients:
South African abalone – 1 can
Broccoli – 2

Procedure:
1) Take out the abalone from the can and set aside. Set aside the abalone juice as well.
2) Wash broccoli with salty water and cut into small pieces, scald in boiled water for 2 min. put on dish.
3) Heat starch juice in a wok and then put in abalone and mix it with starch juice evenly. Put the abalone beside broccoli and the dish is completed.
