Brazil Mushroom Dried Conch Slices Soup (for 3-4 persons)
Ingredients: Candied Dates, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Monkey Head Mushrooms, Dried Conch Slices, Radix Glehniae, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Brazil Mushrooms, Tangerine Peel
Suggested Ingredient: Little Chinese Ham, Half of Peeled Chicken, 5 taels (189g) Lean Pork
1. Scald and rinse the Lean Pork and Peeled Chicken beforehand. Soak the dried conch slices until soft and change water frequently.
2. Wash all other ingredients and soak for one hour.
3. Put all ingredients into a pot with 12 bowls of water after boiling and boil for 2 hours in low heat.
4. Season it with salt and serve.
