Delivery Service
Local delivery methods include store-pickup and delivery service. After shopping, you can choose to pick up the goods at each branch of IBNI Store. For details of the branch address, please refer to the branch information page (except the Tung Chung store). Or you can choose door-to-door delivery service, and you can enjoy free delivery service if the purchase amount is over HK$600. If the purchase amount is less than HK$600, a delivery service fee of HK$100 is required. Please note that each order is limited to a single delivery location.
1.1 Delivery service is only limited to the Hong Kong SAR, but does not include delivery to outlying islands and controlled areas (for example: Ma Wan, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, etc.)
1.2 Delivery service is not applicable to locations where trucks cannot reach directly, and delivery locations without elevators will be charged a floor fee (the floor fee is calculated from the fourth floor, and the charge for each floor is HK$50.)
Only after the company has received the price of the goods and any additional charges, including delivery charges (if applicable), the company will arrange for the goods to be available for collection or delivery (depending on the situation).
The company will try to make the relevant goods available for collection or delivery to you within 3 to 4 working days after receiving your order (depending on the situation); the delivery time is from 9 am to 10 pm; and for the branch pick-up time, it will be the business hours of the relevant branch. At the same time, the company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the delivery date will not be more than 14 days after the company receives the order.
After the order is successfully placed, the company will notify you of the date and time of collection or delivery by phone or email. Please reply to the message for arrangement. If, for any reason, the company cannot send the relevant goods to you before this delivery date, the company reserves the right to modify the delivery date. In this case, our company will notify you of the revised delivery date via email or phone as soon as possible.
If the product has arrived at the delivery address and no one receive it, we can arrange delivery again, but the customer must pay an additional shipping fee of HK$80. If we still cannot contact the customer after 5 working days, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be arranged.
If you choose to pick up at a branch, but not available to pick up the goods within 30 days of the specified date; or fail to give the company sufficient or accurate delivery instructions, the company may not affect any other rights or compensation:
5.1 Store the relevant goods until the actual delivery, and charge you a reasonable storage fee (including insurance costs); or
5.2 Cancel your order and charge you any additional expenses borne by the company due to insufficient, inaccurate order information or failure to receive the goods.
The delivery service may be suspended or postponed due to weather, traffic, region or other factors, and the delivery time will be arranged separately.
In the case that the goods will have any damage or loss of the risk will be transferred to you when the goods are delivered. If the goods are damaged in transit, you must notify our company via e-order@ibnest.com within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Unless the company receives your notice within this period of time, the goods you have received will be deemed to be undamaged.
Imperial Bird's Nest will not be responsible for any increase in cost, loss of profit or goodwill or any direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss caused by delayed delivery or failure to deliver.
