IBNI's “Once-A-Day Bird's Nest” was awarded “Health & Beauty Awards: The Honourable Bird's Nest Award (2009-2010)” by Mannings. Mannings is one of the largest personal health care chain drugstores in Hong Kong with over 300 outlets.

[“Good Faith Trader – Hong Kong & Macau Region” in consecutive 2 years]

The election of “Good Faith Trader – Hong Kong & Macau Region” was organized by Guangzhou Daily. The readers of the newspaper can vote for their favourite “Good Faith Trader” in Hong Kong and Macau region through voting forms or SMS. The purpose of this election was to give the best guidance and protection to the tourists coming from Pearl River Delta and other provinces of China when they go shopping in Hong Kong or Macau. This election will also give recognition and commendation to those brands or shops in Hong Kong and Macau region which have quality commitment and integrity. IBNI was honoured with this award in 2 consecutive years of 2006 and 2007 and is a popular brand name for tourists from mainland China when purchasing health food.

IBNI is the First bird's nest producer being accredited “ISO22000” and “HACCP” in recognition of its professional and comprehensive monitoring and controlling system of food safety. It is the best quality assurance.

[The First “The Best Brand Enterprise Award”]

“The Best Brand Enterprise Award” was organized by Hong Kong Productivity Council. It aims to promote brand building and management in Greater China Region. Furthermore, the Award scheme also aims to enhance the competitiveness and image of participating enterprises so as to set the benchmark for enterprises in the pursuit of brand excellence. IBNI was honoured with the Award in 2006 in recognition of its brand leadership.

[Hong Kong Awards for Industries Customer Service Certificate of Merit]

“Hong Kong Awards for Industries Customer Service Certificate of Merit” was organized by Hong Kong Retail Management Association. The Award scheme aims at upgrading customer service standards in Hong Kong and in recognizing quality service providers, so as to promote Hong Kong as an international “service centre”. IBNI was awarded “Hong Kong Awards for Industries Customer Service Certificate of Merit” in 2006 in recognition of its brand name’s quality service image

[The Youngest Brand being awarded “Hong Kong Top Brand”]

IBNI was awarded “Hong Kong Top Brand” in 2004, the Youngest brand being conferred then. Furthermore, IBNI was the First bird’s nest brand name to own the awards of “Hong Kong Top Brand”, “Q Mark” and “SuperBrands” all together at the same time.

IBNI was conferred “Q Mark” quality service award in November, 2003 and was the First bird's nest specialty shop being honoured such award. The certificate was issued by Federation of Hong Kong Industries which once again warranted the excellent quality of products and services provided by IBNI.

[“SuperBrands” in 4 consecutive years]

Assessment of nominees for “SuperBrands” is undertaken by independent review committee and the accreditation is recognized internationally. IBNI is the only bird’s nest specialty shop in Hong Kong being awarded for 4 consecutive years. Such award had been granted to well-known brands such as Coca Cola, MacDonald and KFC before. The strength and trustworthiness of these awarded enterprises are globally recognized.

[Quality Tourism Services]

All outlets of IBNI were honoured by Hong Kong Tourism Association to exhibit the logo of “Quality Tourism Services” in recognition of the quality of the products, shopping environment and services provided meeting the Association's assessment criteria.
