Abalone Granules Gried Rce with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients: (for 3-4 persons)
Canned abalone with oyster sauce – 1 can
Other accessory ingredients (meat granules, vegetable granules) – adequate
Rice – 4 bowls
Salt – adequate

Procedure:
1) Cut abalone with oyster sauce into granules, set aside the oyster sauce.
2) Blanch other accessory ingredients and drain.
3) Heat oil in the wok, add other accessory ingredients and rice and stir-fry together until they are cooked, then add in abalone granules.
4) Finally, add the oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry until all the ingredients are dried, add salt before serving.
