Cordyceps Flower helps to nourish lung and kidney


Lingzhi supplements qi and calms spirit

Cordyceps Flower and Lingzhi Soup (for 3-4 persons)

Ingredients: Candied Dates, Monkey Head Mushrooms, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Lingzhi, Radix Glehniae, Cordyceps Flowers

Suggested Ingredient: 1/2 portion of chicken (Skinned), 6 taels lean pork (227g)

Directions:

1. Scald and rinse the meat beforehand. Wash all other ingredients.

2. Put all the ingredients into a pot with 12 bowls of water.

3. Boil for 2 to 3 hours in low heat. Season it with salt and serve.

Storage: Please keep in cool and dry place.

Net Weight: 90g

Suggestion: Lingzhi is a little bit bitter in taste, please adjust suitable amount if needed.
