龜板土茯苓湯 (3至4人用)
成分: 龜板、土茯苓、蜜棗、生地、紋黨參、茅根、雞骨草、北沙參、牛大力、益母草
另選配料: 瘦肉8兩(302克)
用法:
1. 瘦肉汆水後備用。
2. 龜板以清水略浸,刷洗乾淨,汆水後備用。
3. 所有材料用清水洗淨,並浸透1小時備用。
4. 下水12碗,待水滾後放入瘦肉及全部材料,以慢火煲3小時。
5. 最後加適量食鹽調味。
