Description

儲存: 放置於乾燥陰涼處或雪櫃冷藏

浸發方法:

1. 用清水把花膠浸12至16小時至軟，期間換水2-3次。

2. 準備適量的清水，加入薑1片、蔥段，煲至水沸。

3. 放入花膠煲2分鐘後熄火，讓花膠留在熱水內至水冷卻。

4. 取出花膠，洗淨，即可烹調。 (*注意：浸發期間花膠不要沾上油脂)

*注意: 花膠在密封容器內有機會產生較濃氣味，此乃正常現象，貴客可安心食用
