The specially selected cod glue is derived from natural deep-sea fish, rich in taste, economical and suitable for braising.
1. Soak the cod fish glue in clean water for 8-12 hours until soft, change the water 1-2 times during the period
2. Prepare an appropriate amount of water, add 1 slice of ginger and green onion, and boil until the water boils
