Description

Ingredients: 1 can of 10 abalone in clear soup, 1 lettuce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, sugar and cornstarch water

1. Take out the abalone for use

2. Wash the lettuce, put it in boiling water and quickly blanch it softly, remove and drain the water, and spread it in a dish

3. After the oyster sauce and sugar are boiled, add cornstarch water to form a gorgon juice
